Scenes from our trip to Yellowstone

We had a glorious time. If you haven't ever been there, put spending a few days in Yellowstone National Park on your Bucket List. You won't regret it.

Grateful for:
1) National Parks
2) The kindness of Cap'n Holman for loaning us his camper
3) A successful family vacation.

aww! glad you had a great time. and how amazing you got to see the wolves! when i went almost 10 years ago (oh man, i can't believe it has been that long) we spent a few evenings trying to catch a glimpse of them and later learned that they weren't even in the area anymore.

i love national parks, and when i was with my ex-boyfried, we made a habit of going to them every year for vacation. i believe there is nothing to compare to the beauty of nature. not enough people appreciate it either.

I used to wonder how earlier generations had the foresight to set aside natural wonders for later generations; and then I went to Yellowstone and stood in awe. How could you not want to save this majestic place forever. Thanks for the great slide show!

Love the pictures and would love to plan a trip there someday. Thanks for taking us along on your trip virtually. I have to ask, maybe just cause I'm really hungry, what were the kids snarfing down in that shot with the big bag of white & pink rolls between them? Looks like fun road food.

PS - were any of those geyser pix the infamous Old Faithful? Did you see the old guy erupt?
